SD card is visible in storage manager, but could not be seen in explorer.
Card is formatted and checked with my PC. There is no partition visible in
storage manager. If to format card in storage manager card appears in
explorer (but only when partition made not up to full size of a card, after
restart or re-insert of a card same problem)
